Todd Speas has been in the insurance industry since 2004, starting his career as a Field Territory Representative for the Insurance Services Office, supervising Bradenton, Sarasota, DeSoto, Hendry, Lee, and Collier counties. In 2006 he joined Insurance Management Company in Fort Myers as a risk management advisor. In this capacity, Todd specialized in helping agricultural and construction businesses to identify risk exposures, discuss risk management and loss control plans, and then design, manage and place optimal insurance programs.
More recently, Todd was as account executive with BB&T Insurance Services in North Carolina, where he worked with large organizations in Captive groups. In 2016 Todd rejoined Lykes Insurance as an advisor in the Fort Myers office, where his expertise informs his solutions-oriented approach to managing risk for Southwest Florida’s diverse business communities.
Todd is a North Carolina native and graduate of Milligan College in Tennessee with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. Active in community service, Todd was most recently involved in providing food assistance to families in Immokalee. He is also a board member of the Southwest Florida Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
