Rob Pariseau is executive vice president and employee benefit practice leader at Lykes Insurance. With more than 30 years of experience in the Florida middle market, his expertise includes benefits planning, communication, administration, funding, compliance and project management. He seeks to enhance the value of benefits programs both to clients and their employees through strategic longer term planning that enhances employee wellbeing and manages employer costs.
Prior to joining Lykes Insurance, Pariseau founded Benefits Solutions Group, which he later merged with AGIS of Winter Park, Fla. and served as president of AGIS Tampa Bay. Previously, he was senior vice president of employer solutions with Wachovia, where he built one of the largest, fastest growing employee benefits practice in Florida while leading Wachovia's national healthcare, communications and technology practice groups. He was also senior vice president, product development and marketing, at Ceridian Employer Services. Pariseau holds a bachelor of arts in economics from Colgate University, the CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) designation awarded jointly by the Wharton School of Business and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, and the CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) designation awarded by The American College. He has been published in local and national periodicals and is a frequent speaker at industry functions and conferences.
