Anna is Vice President and Managing Claims Consultant in the Lykes Insurance Claim Mitigation Solutions division. Anna brings unparalleled knowledge of workers compensation claims management and associated HR and legal issues.
What's Next: Ac Legislative and Legal Update. David Roos, Esq. has served on Henderson Franklin’s Executive Committee since 2009 and serves as Chair of the firm's Workers' Compensation division. He represents insurance carriers, third party administrators, and employers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. He will bring update on legal and legislative issues impacting workers’ compensation.
Pre and Post Injury Mitigation: Communication and RTW Strategies. Nekitta Tomberlin, ACA, CWC is the Back2Work® Program Liaison for Summit Holdings where she directs the Back2Work® return-to-work program. She will focus on mitigating claim cost through communication with injured employees and return to work strategies.
How do I fight WC Fraud? Melody Richardi, APA, CIFI, CPCU is a Senior SIU Investigator for Summit Holdings. Understanding workers’ compensation fraud and knowing how to recognize and report it can help reduce cost. Melody will discuss how to identify and fight employees who file false on-the-job injuries or exaggerate their injuries as well as those working other jobs while receiving benefits.
